CA ANUPAM SOJATIA is a Post Graduate in commerce from DAVV University Indore & Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is the founder   of the firm.

He is a young and dynamic person who believes in youth power. He has been in practice for the over 20 years and has invaluable knowledge and experience in the profession. He is regarded very highly and is known for his soft behaviour business acumen.

Due to his vast experience, he has amassed sound understanding of the clients’ needs to enable the Firm to provide efficient and effective business solutions. With good communication and interpersonal skills, he has been instrumental in expanding the practice horizon of the Firm considerably in a span of little over 20 YEARS.

He is acknowledged by the clients as an expert in Direct Taxes (including International taxation) advice, Auditing, evaluation and setting up of accounting system and controls, management audits and conducting Project and feasibility studies.

CA Vipul Sojatia is a graduate in Bachelor’s of Commerce   from the Devi Ahilya University Indore and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is young generation chap of Sojatia’s and associated with the family’s CA firm since 2012.

Ever since his joining, the firm has started diversifying its product ranges to include services like management Audit, Project Financing, Indirect taxes Consultancy viz. GST   and the like.

CA Romil Sojatia is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is another young generation chap of Sojatia’s and associated with the family’s CA firm since 2016. Romil heads the firm’s practice at Akola (Maharashtra) office and covers all the professional affairs of entire Vidarbha region.

He is an astute professional with cross-functional expertise in the entire gamut of audit operations including Statutory Tax Audit, Internal Audit & System Audit. He also possesses exposure in Direct & Indirect Taxation.
